We strictly ask all users not to transmit passwords, confidential financial or banking records, or sensitive personal identity documents through public website inquiry forms.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Submitted information is used exclusively to respond to your commercial or technical inquiries, coordinate introductory consultation sessions, and assess an appropriate scope of work for your organization.
We do not enroll contact details into unsolicited promotional mailing lists, nor do we sell, rent, or trade your data with advertising networks or third-party data brokers.

The ERPYE website is built using a static export architecture and does not deploy third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and popular pages in aggregate, without cookies or tying a visit to a named person. Vercel discards its temporary visitor identifier after 24 hours.
If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it operates as a privacy-friendly, cookie-free aggregate traffic measurement service. It does not track users across websites, nor does it record personal identifiers or specific IP addresses.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Procedures
Inquiry submissions are delivered to ERPYE’s dedicated operational inbox and retained only for the duration necessary to conduct professional and business communications with your organization.
Our technical form processor (Web3Forms) handles form submissions to deliver them securely to our inbox. Under Web3Forms official privacy policy, submission records may be retained for up to 3 years for operational reliability and anti-spam verification.
You may contact us at any time to request the review or deletion of your communication records from our direct operational inboxes.
